Technical Features:
Housing: High-rigidity FC-25 cast iron.
Gears: High-purity alloy steel 20CrMnTi, carburized, quenched, and ground.

Available in single-shaft, double-horizontal shaft, single-vertical shaft, and double-vertical shaft configurations.
Spiral bevel gears allow forward and reverse operation, stable transmission at low and high speeds, low noise, minimal vibration, and high load capacity.
When the ratio is not 1:1, horizontal shaft input with vertical shaft output results in speed reduction, while vertical shaft input with horizontal shaft output results in speed increase.

Maintenance Guidelines:
a. During the first two weeks or 100-200 hours, as the initial wear-in period, there may be slight metal wear particles. Clean the interior and replace the lubricant.
b. For long-term use, replace the lubricant every 6-12 months or every 1000-2000 hours.
Lubricant Type: Use China Petroleum multi-effect gear oil. For low-speed, light-load conditions, use 90-degree oil; for heavy-load, high-temperature conditions, use 120-degree oil.
