    The R series helical gear hardened reducer is widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, steel, metallurgy, textiles, plastics, papermaking, and machinery equipment, as well as production lines.

    Technical Features:
    1. The R series gear reducer is characterized by low noise, high energy efficiency, and minimal vibration.
    2. Made from high-quality forged steel materials with a rigid cast iron housing, the gear surface undergoes high-frequency heat treatment.
    3. Precision machining ensures shaft parallelism and bearing alignment, forming a helical gear drive assembly with a reducer configured with various types of motors, combined into an integrated electromechanical system, ensuring product quality and performance.

    7. The R series can withstand high radial loads.

    Performance Features:
    Compact structure with minimal offset output, the use of housing space; two-stage and three-stage models are available in the same housing.
    Features a one-piece cast housing, offering good structural rigidity and enhanced shaft strength and bearing lifespan.
    Mounting options include foot mounting and flange mounting with various sizes of flanges for easy selection.
    Solid shaft output with average efficiency of 96% for two-stage, 94% for three-stage, and 85% for R/R combinations.
    The RM series, designed for mixing, can withstand large axial and radial forces.

    Technical Parameters:
    Speed Ratio Range: R basic type 3.33 to 289.74, RX type 1.3 to 8.65, R/R combination type up to 27001.
    Torque Range: R basic type 85 to 18000 Nm, RX type 20 to 1680 Nm.

    S series helical worm gear reducer

    The S series helical worm gear reducer is widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, steel, metallurgy, textiles, plastics, papermaking, and other machinery equipment and production lines.

    Technical Features:
    1. Highly Modular Design: Allows easy integration with various types of motors or other power inputs.  
    2. Wide Transmission Ratio Range: Fine ratio divisions with a broad range. The combined model can achieve very large ratios, enabling extremely low output speeds.  
    3. Flexible Mounting Options: No limitations on installation positions.  
    4. High Strength and Compact Size: The housing is made of high-strength cast iron. The gears and shafts are gas carburized, quenched, and finely ground, resulting in high load capacity per unit volume.  
    5. Low Noise: All major components undergo precise machining, careful assembly, and rigorous testing, ensuring low operational noise.

    Structural Configurations:
    S: Shaft extension with foot mounting  
    SF: Flange mounting  
    S…F: Foot and flange mounting  
    SAZ: Small flange mounting  

    Base-mounted designs are available with a choice of large or small flanges. Solid shaft output with average efficiency: two-stage at 96%, three-stage at 94%, and CR/CR combination at 85%.  
    Reduction Ratios: Basic two-stage models range from 5 to 24.8, three-stage models from 27.2 to 192, and combined models up to 23,401.  
    Rotation Directions: Basic two-stage models have the same input-output rotation direction, while three-stage models are opposite. For combinations, consult separately.  
    The CRM series, designed for mixing, can handle large axial and radial forces.

    The F series parallel shaft helical gear reducer adopts a standardized, modular design concept, offering broad adaptability. It features numerous motor combinations, installation positions, and structural solutions, allowing you to select any speed and various structural configurations according to your actual needs. The use of high-quality rigid cast iron housings significantly enhances the hardness and impact resistance of the housing. All transmission gears undergo high-frequency heat treatment, greatly increasing their hardness and wear resistance. Another notable feature of this machine is its planetary design principle, allowing integration with the MB series stepless variator from the same manufacturer to form a stepless speed regulation gear motor, enabling speed adjustment within an extremely low output range. This series is widely used in light industry, food, beer and beverage, chemical, escalators, automated warehousing equipment, construction and building materials machinery, steel metallurgy, environmental protection, power plants, coal, mining, paper, engineered wood, automotive, ports (airports, docks), and tobacco machinery sectors.

    The F series reducer is manufactured according to international technical standards, incorporating advanced technology. It is space-saving, reliable, durable, capable of handling high overloads, with a power capacity exceeding 90 kW. It features low energy consumption, superior performance, efficiency above 95%, minimal vibration, and low noise. Made from high-quality forged steel materials and rigid cast iron housing, the gears undergo high-frequency heat treatment and precise machining to ensure shaft parallelism and positioning accuracy. These aspects form a robust gear transmission assembly, integrating with various motors, resulting in electromechanical integration that fully guarantees the product's performance and quality characteristics.

    Parallel Output: Compact structure, large torque transmission, smooth operation, low noise, and long service life.
    Mounting Options: Foot mounting, hollow shaft mounting, flange mounting, torque arm mounting, and small flange mounting.

    Technical Features:
    1. The HB series high-power gearbox adopts a universal design concept and can be customized into industry-specific gearboxes according to customer requirements.  
    2. The design supports a universal housing for parallel shafts, right-angle shafts, vertical, and horizontal orientations, reducing the number of components while increasing the range of specifications and models.  
    3. The sound-absorbing housing structure, large surface area, and large fan design, combined with advanced gear grinding technology for cylindrical and spiral bevel gears, reduce temperature rise and noise, enhance operational reliability, and increase power transmission capacity.  
    4. Input Options: Motor connection flange or shaft input.
