The S series helical worm gear reducer is widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, steel, metallurgy, textiles, plastics, papermaking, and other machinery equipment and production lines.
Technical Features:
1. Highly Modular Design: Allows easy integration with various types of motors or other power inputs.
2. Wide Transmission Ratio Range: Fine ratio divisions with a broad range. The combined model can achieve very large ratios, enabling extremely low output speeds.
3. Flexible Mounting Options: No limitations on installation positions.
4. High Strength and Compact Size: The housing is made of high-strength cast iron. The gears and shafts are gas carburized, quenched, and finely ground, resulting in high load capacity per unit volume.
5. Low Noise: All major components undergo precise machining, careful assembly, and rigorous testing, ensuring low operational noise.

S: Shaft extension with foot mounting
SF: Flange mounting
S…F: Foot and flange mounting
SAZ: Small flange mounting
Base-mounted designs are available with a choice of large or small flanges. Solid shaft output with average efficiency: two-stage at 96%, three-stage at 94%, and CR/CR combination at 85%.
Reduction Ratios: Basic two-stage models range from 5 to 24.8, three-stage models from 27.2 to 192, and combined models up to 23,401.
Rotation Directions: Basic two-stage models have the same input-output rotation direction, while three-stage models are opposite. For combinations, consult separately.
The CRM series, designed for mixing, can handle large axial and radial forces.

Mounting Options: Foot mounting, hollow shaft mounting, flange mounting, torque arm mounting, and small flange mounting.
Input Options: Direct motor coupling, motor belt connection, input shaft, or input flange.

Combination with R Series: Achieves larger reduction ratios.
