Gears: Made from high-purity alloy steel (20CrMnTiH), carburized, quenched, and precision ground for durability and efficiency.
Main Shaft: Alloy steel, heat-treated for high load-bearing capacity.
Bearings: Equipped with heavy-duty tapered roller bearings.
Oil Seals: Double-lip seals provide both dust and oil leakage protection.
Lubrication: Proper lubrication enhances gearbox efficiency and extends service life.
Initial Period: After two weeks or 100-200 hours of operation, clean the internal components and replace the lubricant due to initial wear-in.
Long-Term Use: Replace the lubricant every 6-12 months or 1000-2000 hours of operation.
Lubricant Type: Use China Petroleum Multi-Effect Gear Oil. For low-speed, light-load conditions, use 90-degree gear oil. For heavy-duty, high-temperature conditions, use 120-degree gear oil.
